John Blumreich
Executive Chef
John Blumreich is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier Vermont. American born, and raised in Europe, John has had a passion for the culinary arts his whole life. Including Internships at “Tanglewoods” and “Red Hen Baking Co.”, his work experience includes nine years as Executive Chef of “Carpe Diem” in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte NC, and five years working for Atlantic American Properties, currently as Executive Chef of both “Forty Six” and “The Club at Irish Creek.”
Daniel Willoughby attended and trained at The Academy of Culinary Arts in May’s Landing, New Jersey. He began his culinary career in 2001 at Café Gallery in Burlington, New Jersey. While at Cafe Gallery, Daniel eventually worked his way up to Sous Chef. After relocating to Kannapolis, NC in 2009, Daniel began working for Castle & Cooke. He spent his time at both The Club at Irish Creek and Forty Six. Daniel is now the Sous Chef at Forty Six and is determined to help the restaurant reach it's full potential.
